What is Tempryx?

You’ll find e-books, workbooks, planners, trackers, and audio content. All are designed to be practical: read, apply, track, and adjust.

What format are your e-books in?

E-books are usually delivered as PDF (and sometimes EPUB if stated). PDFs can be opened on laptops, tablets, and phones with any standard PDF reader.

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll see a download page and also receive an email with your download link. Keep that email so you can access your files anytime.

How many times can I download my purchase?

You’ll usually have multiple download attempts, but it’s best to save the file somewhere safe (like your laptop, cloud storage, or notes app).

I didn’t get my email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/promotions folder. If it’s not there after a few minutes, contact support with your name and order email so we can resend it.

Do you ship any physical books or is everything digital?

Right now, Tempryx focuses on digital products (ebooks, planners, audio). If physical products become available in the future, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

What is your refund policy for digital products?

Because digital files can’t be “returned,” all sales are generally final. If there’s a technical issue (wrong file, broken link, duplicate order), reach out and we’ll sort it out.

Will I get free updates if a product is improved later?

If a product gets a minor update or fix, you may receive an updated version. If a completely new edition or separate product is released, it may be sold separately.
